ACT for Perfectionism and People Pleasing Course Review

I love ACT. It is a valuable approach with young adults, and this course was very applicable to my work with university students. The sessions were very helpful in understanding the interventions. I also really appreciated the homework Jim received to "break the rules." It was very powerful. I find Russ engaging, fun, and informative. I feel confident in using the strategies, skills, etc. immediately (on myself and students).
