Do I need to be online at a specific time?

You don't need to be online at a specific time! You can log in and out at a time that suits you and learn at your own pace. If your course has a forum, trainers will be online throughout the week to answer questions, but please allow a couple of days for your questions to be answered.

What happens if I miss a week or fall behind?

All our courses are self-paced. If you miss a week, or fall behind, don't worry. You can catch up at a time that suits you! Each course has 12 months access, and this bonus time can be used to catch up on any missed work. You can find out when your course access finishes by looking in "My Dashboard." If you are experiencing extenuating circumstances, you may be eligible for a deferral. Please contact us via the chat icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the website or via email at support@psychwire.com.

What certificates will I receive for completing a Psychwire course?

All our courses offer a downloadable Certificate of Completion you can use to show your professional development boards. For eligible participants, CE/CME credits are also available for completing Psychwire courses. All certificates will be available for download in 'My Dashboard' after a course is completed - please allow at least seven days for processing.

Can I earn CE/CME credits?

Yes. Psychwire partners with Amedco LLC to provide continuing education (CE/CME) accreditation for our courses. You can view the number of CE/CME credits, the accreditation details and board approvals on the course pages. You can search for a course here.

Are Psychwire courses approved for Continuing Professional Development (CPD)?

Each participant receives a certificate of completion which may be submitted to relevant registration, licensing, or professional bodies, making many clinicians eligible to claim CPD hours. We recommend checking with your individual registration or licensing board for specific CPD requirements relevant to your profession and jurisdiction.

How does the forum work?

The forum is designed to provide you with expert support as you learn. You can ask questions about the course material and share experiences as you develop new skills. Both the trainers and your fellow course participants can reply, providing a rich community of learners. The trainers will be online during the week to answer questions, but please allow a few days for replies. Just note that trainers are active in the forum during the course, but not during the extra access period at the end of your course. We will notify you via email when the forum is closing.
