ACT for ADHD Course Review

I like the structure of the modules, short-form videos, counselling videos to demonstrate skills in actual practice, and the extra resources. I work primarily with neurodivergent people, and in my experience, they don't typically respond to traditional CBT, ACT etc. So this is great as it allows me to use ACT in a way that may be more catered and effective to the needs of neurodivergent people.
