I love how relaxed the training is and that the information is given in small chunks, which makes it easier to stay focused and to retain information. These trainings are not stale and packed full of information. I use ACT personally and professionally and have benefited from it greatly with my own anxiety. This is my third ACT training by Russ Harris and I highly recommend the use of ACT to better manage uncomfortable thoughts and feelings with proven results if one commits to actions.
