ACT for ADHD Course Review

This six-week online course covers practical tools, techniques, strategies and principles for working with common clinical issues related to autism, utilizing ACT in a neuroaffirming format.

This six-week practical course takes you step-by-step through the effective treatment of unhelpful perfectionism and unhealthy people-pleasing (“fawning”), using ACT in combination with other essential skills, such as assertiveness and setting boundaries.

This short but practical course shows you how to apply ACT to all aspects of grief and loss - including complicated grief. It covers every element of grieving and mourning, from creating grief rituals to practicing forgiveness.

This training is based on FACT: Focused Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. You’ll learn how to do ACT in 1 to 6 sessions of 15 to 30 minutes in duration. Ideal for practitioners in time-limited settings, including primary care, EAPs, and crisis intervention.
