Name: I've done a few of Russ' courses and they are all incredibly engaging and informative. The videos explaining concepts are simple and humorous, making the content a lot easier to access and enjoy. The example videos of real sessions are great as they feel very genuine and provide a real insight into how ACT looks and sounds in practice compared to more staged examples.
