Russ is a great presenter and delivers difficult and complex information in a really accessible way. The combination of Russ in lecture mode and the vignettes of Russ delivering real sessions is a strongly preferred learning style for me. I think is powerful and practical learning. The real sessions breaking down the skills and delivery. These short videos allow one to reflect and absorb the key elements.
