ACT for ADHD Course Review

ACT has been the most useful approach to counselling that I've utilized with clients. I recommend all ACT courses, but this one in particular is very helpful for working with students who are struggling. As I work at a university, I have recommended it to my coworkers. It is very easy to navigate the course. Russ is the BEST at keeping me engaged through very creative and engaging lessons. No other course I've taken online has held my interest like this approach does. Lastly, another thing I enjoyed the course is that returning to previous materials is easy to do. I like that mixture of video, text, and downloadable materials.
