DBT Skills for Adolescents and Families Course Review

There's just so much that seeing demonstrations does to communicate the "how skills" of skills training that cannot reliably be accessed by reading even the most carefully composed writing. I enjoyed the interplay between discussion about the skills and demonstrations about how to teach the skills in group and individual sessions, including family and parenting sessions.
