DBT Skills for Adolescents and Families Course Review

This has been the most helpful comprehensive training I've ever taken. It's clear, well structured, logical, and provides various relevant examples. I feel like I'm so much more equipped to help my clients after completing the first four weeks. I'm a newer therapist and this is exactly what I was looking for. Having the demonstration videos has been extremely helpful. I have a better understanding of how to present the material (on top of fully understanding it). The videos and visuals also suit my learning style.
