Dr Lata McGinn is well-known across the globe for her extensive knowledge and skills in best practice CBT. She is a psychology professor at New York’s Yeshiva University and director of the Cognitive Behavior Therapy Training Program for the prevention and treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma and OCD. Dr McGinn is the co-founder and co-director of Cognitive and Behavioral Consultants in New York. In 2019 she led a global initiative to found the World Confederation of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies where she is president-elect.
