I can't move onto the next lesson
To progress through your course and onto the next lesson, press the 'next' button located at the bottom right corner of your screen. Please note sometimes you may need to scroll to see it.
If you are still stuck, here are some suggestions:
Most of the time, refreshing your browser or access solves multiple issues. This can be done by logging out and logging back into your account. Your progress is saved and you will see the last page you have accessed once you log back in.
Check your internet connection is stable. A poor internet connection can cause issues loading videos and progressing through the course.
Make sure you do not have any firewalls or malware blockers that may be causing an issue. If you are using a computer at work, you may need to contact your IT department.
Try accessing the course from your PC or laptop. At this stage, the course platform is not fully supported on mobile devices, such as phones and tablets.
