I can't move onto the next lesson

To progress through your course and onto the next lesson, press the 'next' button located at the bottom right corner of your screen. Please note sometimes you may need to scroll to see it.

If you are still stuck, here are some suggestions:

  1. Most of the time, refreshing your browser or access solves multiple issues. This can be done by logging out and logging back into your account. Your progress is saved and you will see the last page you have accessed once you log back in.

  2. Check your internet connection is stable. A poor internet connection can cause issues loading videos and progressing through the course.

  3. Make sure you do not have any firewalls or malware blockers that may be causing an issue. If you are using a computer at work, you may need to contact your IT department.

  4. Try accessing the course from your PC or laptop. At this stage, the course platform is not fully supported on mobile devices, such as phones and tablets.


The videos are taking a long time to load

If you experience slow video playback, or if the video frequently starts then stops, the solution is to change the playback quality. To resolve this, click on the 'Gear' icon in the video playback window and select one of the lower resolution settings.


How can I access my course?

Your course will be available in My Dashboard. In order to access:

  1. Login with your Psychwire account. Use the email you used at the time of enrollment or purchase. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here. https://psychwire.com/forgot-password

  2. Click on MyDashboard to see your available course/s.

We will send you a welcome email when your course starts, with information on how to get started. If you are unable to locate your welcome email, please check your junk or spam folder, as it may have been redirected there.

Please note, your Psychwire account is linked to the email address used at the time of purchase or enrollment. If you are unsure of the email address linked to your Psychwire account, please contact our customer support team. We will ask you to provide either your order reference number or invoice number.
