My Dashboard Certificates

The certificate you receive depends on how much of the course you complete:

• Complete the full course: You’ll receive a Certificate of Completion.

• Complete at least 75%: You’ll receive a Letter of Participation.

To earn a CE/CME Certificate, you must:

1. Achieve an overall quiz score of 80% or higher

   • All course quizzes (except any pre-test) count toward your score.

   • You have up to three attempts to get each multiple choice question right.

2. Finish the full course

3. Pay the $20 USD processing fee before completing the course

4. Submit the post-course evaluation form

There may be a few reasons why you are unable to download your certificate:

1. Your certificates are still processing. Please allow up to a week for your course certificate/s to be available for download after you have finished your course.

2. You have not completed your course in full. Please carefully check your course progress, and double check you have completed the course survey if you are applying for CE / CME Credits.

The United States of America and Canada require health professionals to accrue CE/CME (Continuing Education) credits in order to maintain their licenses or registrations.  These credits are gained through approved educational activities which serve to develop professional knowledge and performance. 

CE/CME Credit certificates are submitted to licensing guilds within the U.S.A. and Canada. Please check the Learner Notifications further information about approved state boards.

1. The course must be completed in full.

2.  Achieve the minimum overall quiz score of 80%.  

• Quiz questions from the entire course are included in this overall total. The pre-test quizzes are practice only and are not included in your overall score.  

• You must answer questions correctly within three attempts.

3.  Payment of a non-refundable $20 USD processing fee must be paid before the completion of your course.

4.  Submission of a post-course evaluation form.
