How Our Self-Directed Courses Work

Self-directed courses are available immediately - you don't need to wait for a start date! You can log in and begin learning at a time that suits you, progressing through the course at your own pace.

You'll have access to a library packed with downloadable resources, and each course contains bonus 'dig deeper' content designed to enrich your learning experience.

Throughout the course you can log into your Psychwire account from anywhere - at any time - and there's no need to be online at a specific time.

Certificates will be available for download in 'My Dashboard' after all content has been completed, and for CE Certificates, if all requirements have been met.

You don't need to be online at a specific time! You can log in and out at a time that suits you, and learn at your own pace, with 12 months access to all content.

Your course includes a variety of engaging learning experiences, including video, audio, and written material, and quizzes to consolidate your knowledge.

All our courses are self-paced. If you miss a week, or fall behind, don't worry. You can catch up at a time that suits you!

You have 12 months to access all course content, including a rich library of bonus material, providing ample time to complete all course material and explore in depth areas that interest you. You can find out when your course access finishes by looking in "My Dashboard."

If you are experiencing extenuating circumstances, you may be eligible for a deferral. Please contact us via the chat icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the website or via email at support@psychwire.com.

All our courses are designed for mental health professionals, those who are licensed, interning or studying in the field, both undergraduate and postgraduate. This can include but is not limited to counselors, coaches, therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, GPs, OTs, social and youth workers.

There’s real value in revisiting a course - and we’re happy to offer a 50% discount to participants who choose to enrol again.

• Click on "My Dashboard" in the top right of your screen and select “My Profile” from the drop down menu. 

• To edit your name or Profile photo, click on the “Edit” button in grey letters on your screen.

• To edit your bio information or to add some information about your work, click on the grey pencil to add information about yourself.

Once you've made your changes, click on the blue “Save Changes” button.
