We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration, you may be eligible for a refund of your course fee - minus any applicable credit card fees, surcharges, or the retail value of any included textbooks or materials.
To qualify for a refund:
You’ve accessed no more than 20% of the course content (as recorded in our learning system), and
You submit your refund request within 7 calendar days of your registration date
Please note: Refunds or credits cannot be issued after this 7-day period.

If you're experiencing extenuating circumstances, reach out to our support team. In many cases, we can offer a deferral to a future course intake.
Course changes or cancellations
If we delay a course start date, we’ll notify you via email and give you the option to request a refund.
If a course is cancelled, all participants will receive a full refund automatically.
