Can I enroll if the course has already started?

Registrations will stay open for one week after the course has started.  However, our courses launch throughout the year so if you’ve missed the first week, you can register for the next course offering. Check out our webpage for up to date information about course start dates psychwire.com or subscribe to our newsletter to hear about the latest course offerings.


Can I defer the course?

Before your course begins:

We're happy to help if you can't attend the current intake. Please contact our customer service once your enrollment is finalized, and we can enroll you in the intake of your choice.

During your course:

If you find yourself falling behind and don't think you'll be able to finish your course, please fill in the form here and we can discuss your options.

What's your refund and cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration, you may be eligible for a refund of your course fee - minus any applicable credit card fees, surcharges, or the retail value of any included textbooks or materials.

To qualify for a refund:

  • You’ve accessed no more than 20% of the course content (as recorded in our learning system), and

  • You submit your refund request within 7 calendar days of your registration date

Please note: Refunds or credits cannot be issued after this 7-day period.

Need flexibility?

If you're experiencing extenuating circumstances, reach out to our support team. In many cases, we can offer a deferral to a future course intake.

Course changes or cancellations

  • If we delay a course start date, we’ll notify you via email and give you the option to request a refund.

  • If a course is cancelled, all participants will receive a full refund automatically.

How do I find out about enrolling my workplace or large group?

Do you have special rates for groups?

We provide discounts for groups over 10. For more information, please fill out the form found on our organizations page and one of the team will be in contact with a customized quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment options:

  • Payment via bank (Local or International wire transfer)

  • Credit or Debit card payment - Visa, MasterCard, and American Express

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay

Why was I charged a foreign transaction fee?

Psychwire Pty Limited is located in Australia where we produce and distribute the online courses. For this reason, your transaction is processed in Australia. On rare occasions, a foreign transaction fee is charged by your issuing bank.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide any details on the amount of the fee and whether it will be applied as this fee is NOT charged by Psychwire. The vast majority of our international sales have not incurred a fee at all, with only a very small percentage receiving a minor charge.
