DBT Intensive Program Homework

This course includes homework tasks. There are readings and exercises woven throughout the program to assist you in practicing your new skills and implementing the lessons. For Part A: Foundational you are not required to submit your individual homework tasks, just your homework checklist signed off by your team leader at the end of your course.

There is a document in the course library titled 'DBT Foundational Homework Assignments Checklist' which you should print out and use as a checklist to tick off the assignments as you complete them.

For the second part of your training, your team must complete a series of homework tasks together. You can find a document in the library within the group platform dedicated to your team (not your course platform), titled 'Part B Team Homework Checklist.' Your team can submit the completed checklist via your group forum, or directly to support@psychwire.com.

You do not need to submit your actual homework! At the end of the course, there is a section where you can submit your signed homework checklist. Your team leader will be responsible for checking you have completed the weekly homework tasks and signing the checklist upon completion.

Your team's completed Part B Team Homework Checklist must be signed off by your team leader, confirming that all tasks have been done. You can submit the completed checklist via your group forum, or directly to support@psychwire.com.
