DBT Intensive Course Review

This is a very intensive, hands-on training that allows you to practice it's principals throughout the course. It's expectation is that the principals are applied to the therapist as well! DBT is extremely helpful to clients in terms of putting what they learn into action and teaches practical skills for everyday life. I have been doing therapy for 30+ years and have found DBT to be the most effective, life-changing, action-based therapy to date. We now have two consecutive adult DBT Skills Groups plus an Adolescent group running in the clinic. Many of our "practical" questions were answered throughout the course in terms of implementing DBT in the clinic and in terms of presenting DBT to the community.
