Professor Richard McNally is a professor and director of clinical training in the Department of Psychology at Harvard University. His highly cited research at the McNally Laboratory is focused on cognitive biases and the etiology of anxiety disorders, including Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, phobias, complicated grief and depression. He has produced an enormous catalog of work, including over 500 articles and several books on mental illness, trauma and panic.
