Professor Ozlem Ayduk is a leading social psychologist specializing in emotion regulation, close relationships and self-regulation in children. She is a Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of California (UC) Berkeley.

As co-director of the Relationships and Social Cognition Lab at UC Berkeley, Professor Ayduk heads up a team of researchers focused on the psychology of human relationships.

Professor Ayduk is a consulting editor for the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology and Psychological Science. She has written over 90 peer-reviewed articles and is a former board member of the Society of Experimental Social Psychology and Society for Personality and Social Psychology.
