Dr Sona Dimidjian is a highly acclaimed professor of psychology and neuroscience at the University of Colorado Boulder. She is widely known for helping women, children and families navigate important life transition periods. Dr Dimidjian has edited and co-authored top-rated books focused on behavioral activation and enhancing mindfulness and compassion, as well as having a one-on-one conversation with the Dalai Lama about mindfulness in mental health. Dr Dimidjian is the director of the Renée Crown Wellness Institute and co-founder of Mindful Noggin.
