Dr Peter Coleman is a professor of psychology and education at Teachers College, Columbia University and director of the Morton Deutsch International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution. He is the founding director of the Institute for Psychological Science and Practice and the founding executive director of the Advanced Consortium on Cooperation, Conflict and Complexity at The Earth Institute. An expert in conflict resolution and sustainable peace, Dr Coleman has dedicated over 25 years to research in this field.
