DBT Skills for Adolescents and Families Course Review

Sarah SarmientoCounselor - Alice Springs NT, Australia
A circular avatar of Sarah Sarmiento

As a school counselor in Australia, I think it is very useful. I wished I knew this last year because I had supported a lot of young people in distress/ who self-harmed/ attempted suicide. I really liked the distress tolerance and walking the middle path which is so useful. I like the 3 part brain and defining the wise mind. This course is amazing and should be a basic course for school counselors in middle schools.
