ACT for Beginners Course Review

I have loved this course. I love how user friendly the set up is. It is so easy to dip in and out when you lead a busy life and get through it anyway. I love that the video clips are short which makes me more likely to think I'll just watch a couple of videos before I do. It has given me skills and tools to use in my consults that I just didn't have before as a GP. I notice myself using them with clients even though I haven't really put it all together in my head yet. Great course!
