ACT for Beginners Course Review

This course was recommended to me by a work colleague. This was my first experience doing an online course. I initially was reluctant to do it as I thought it was going to be mostly reading stuff but was pleasantly surprised with how interactive all the modules were with a good mixture of videos, audios, and readings. I liked also the sense of humour and casual style of Dr. Russ Harris. Cheers.
