ACT for Beginners Course Review

I completed ACT for Beginners last year and started using this with my clients. I also read a lot of ACT books. I loved this course and how it really helped me adapt my strategies for the younger population. The course is full of awesome ideas and I love how the different therapists approached clients in a variety of ways. Russ always helped by answering questions on the forum and I had so much fun learning!
