CBT for Trauma Course Review

This course gave me a much clearer picture of Trauma informed CBT and the treatment protocols for PTSD. I enjoyed the demos the most! I found it very helpful to see how the clinicians interacted with their clients when their clients were expressing strong emotions (anger, grief, rage, fear). I would say that this course gives you a good look at what Cognitive behavioural therapy looks like using several different therapies when treating someone with PTSD.
