Name: The teaching style is say it, show it, summarize it. The quizzes show me I'm really getting the theory not just answering by rote memory and Russ is very funny. I'm learning not to rush my clients into a solution which is invaluable. I also appreciate his recommendation to try the intervention or script on ourselves.
