Name: I think the structure of this course is excellent -- the right mix of lecture and demonstration. The demonstration skills training group is very realistic and I find myself identifying with participants and leaders. The trainers are very effective communicators and they do a good job of explaining the concepts and application. Obviously, I am loving it.
