DBT Skills for Adolescents and Families Course Review

I had taken a DBT course during my internship. When this course became available newly in my career, I was very excited to further reinforce the information and skills I learned previously. Jill, Alec, and Marsha all do such an incredible job walking viewers through all the components that help make DBT what it is. I wish I had access to this course forever, and would absolutely recommend this to others.
