DBT Skills Course Review

As a spiritual educator in the field of addiction treatment, I already use many of the principles, philosophies and practices found in DBT but what I love about DBT and the skills training is that it adds a depth of clarity of the evidence based psychology. The worksheets and handouts reinforce what is being taught in a dynamic way so the client can embody the concepts and practices by working through the many options that are applicable to clients particular needs while meeting the clients where they are at in their personal and spiritual healing and development.
