ACT for Beginners Course Review

Dr. Russ Harris is a very creative and lively teacher, and his materials (instructional videos, books, online courses) are of outstanding quality. The happiness trap book as well as "The illustrated happiness trap" have become a staple in my counselling room . I recommend the book to most of my clients, usually with the words that the content of these books should be taught in our schools to better prepare our children for life. I have given this book to friends, family and many clients, and witnessed the aha-moments it creates in it's readers, including myself. I can't wait to see the effects of this online version on clients and friends, and hope to support making this resource available to as many people as possible.
