Name: The ACT model is so interesting and creates a different way of thinking and providing therapy. I loved Russ Harris and how he explains difficult concepts in a fairly uncomplicated manner and then illustrates the concept with a therapy session. Excellent! I like how all worksheets and info can be downloaded, it helps me with my practice.
