Name: The video instruction is in a league of it's own. Russ's videos are by far the best video instruction I have seen. This was true in the ACT for Trauma class as well. They are funny, interesting, always on task and extremely informative. Seeing how Russ works in sessions along with his repeated reminders to make this work my own has been crucial to feeling comfortable implementing what I'm learning in my practice.
