Trauma-Focused ACT Course Review

Over the years, I attended several ACT courses and workshops which introduced me to the model and offered a broad understanding of each component of the hexaflex. However, this was the only course that actually brought ACT to life for me. With the help of Russ' engaging videos, clear texts, and thoughtful responses on the online forum, I have finally developed the ability to "dance around the hexaflex" in a meaningful and effective fashion with many of my clients; the results thus far has been very encouraging. I look forward to enrolling in Russ' future courses to help deepen my knowledge and application of ACT.
