Name: I do it at my own pace. I can rewind and listen to video clips again and again if necessary. It is cheaper and a better value for money than an actual 1-day event with a speaker on ACT. I also feel I learn a lot more from this form of teaching, and I would recommend it - I already do to the members of my team. I prefer having a longer time to mull over, reread, and think about different aspects of ACT while attempting to put it into practice in counselling sessions.
