Motivational Interviewing for Addiction Course Review

This MI course on addiction, has vastly broadened for me a better understanding of the theory and skills beyond its assumed simplicity. While each concept introduced is 'bite-sized', it actually makes a lot of powerful and effective means to motivate the client, regardless of his/her initial transtheoretical stage of change towards self-purpose and self-empowerment to ameliorate his/her challenges. The many demonstrations exemplified by Dr. Bill, Dr. Terri and other seasoned therapists guided me with a clear strategy and practical intervention to help my clients more effectively and timely.
