ACT for Adolescents Course Review

This course has been very informative thus far. I really enjoy the interactive videos with the break down by Russ afterward. I think this gives a good idea of how we should look at and reformat (if necessary) the content for the kiddos we work with. I appreciate the use of props and apps. I feel like you've hit home the message that we should be going into sessions like a scientist ready to investigate something new and interesting.
