ACT for Adolescents Course Review

It has shown me how to become a better therapist and continue expanding my knowledge and skills. There is so much in the course I feel I can keep learning even after the course itself has finished. I re-read my notes and try new things with clients so I can remember and integrate the interventions and make them my own.
