ACT as a Brief Intervention Course Review

Learning FACT has made me feel much more comfortable, and capable in all areas of my practice. What you learn here, can be translated into various other areas in 'full length' (60 min) sessions. The content was presented in a light-hearted way that had me eager to continue to engage with it, and never felt like too much work to complete. I've been able to take applicable and tangible skills and move them into my practice already, like taking a much more concentrated history in a shorter time span, which has improved my overall service delivery. Very happy with this course, and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.
