ACT as a Brief Intervention Course Review

I liked the attitude of Russ and how he uses different ways for a better learning process. He goes straight to the point, gives some do's and don't and it's been quite helpful. He also explains the book in 123, no psych or tech jargon whatsoever it's good. I've recommended the course to my colleagues.
