I have to echo other sentiments here, I feel inspired to work more creatively after this course. For me the debriefs and in depth look at different therapists has helped to delve into all the grey areas I had previously. The team of therapists were great and had such different ways of applying ACT, which is the great thing about ACT. In my practice, I've already used flexible attention more often as it helped to describe the way ACT allows a thought or feeling to be part of several stimulus existing at a certain time.
