I've got some great ideas for creative ways I can introduce core concepts and lots of really useful resources. I really appreciate Russ' humor and Darrin's candidness. I really like the handouts provided and I like watching different therapists "in action". It's really helped me feel more comfortable as I dig deeper into the ACT model.
