ACT as a Brief Intervention Course Review

It is set out in a very clear way. I can also see that it will be helpful for my practice and my patients and can be applied to almost anyone in a big variety of settings. My own feeling of personal growth and learning something that I feel will make a difference in my own life, as a parent, a friend, and as a GP.
