Name: I would recommend the course because the material is presented in a way that helps me to understand the concepts, principles, and application of DBT much better than if I had only read the book/manuals on my own. The videos have been engaging and had me thinking about how to apply these skills in my work with my clients. In addition, the corresponding homework assignments have been relevant and complemented the information being taught in each section.
