It has helped me so much to be thinking about ACT in depth, each week, for 8 straight weeks. The quality of the presentations is outstanding, with different learning modalities used to present each fundamental concept. It is a very well thought-out and executed training program. I would not hesitate to take another online learning course from Russ. Truly outstanding. One of the most useful learning experiences I've had titleally in many years.
