Name: I love the way ACT works well with the younger population. It is a compassionate, motivational behavioural therapy. The presentation of this course is excellent and kept my attention throughout the whole thing. The therapists in this course were very knowledgeable and the fact that it had videos of therapeutic intervention was very helpful. And of course, Russ Harris has a great personality and a great sense of humor.
