ACT as a Brief Intervention Course Review

Great experience! Learning was made easy because of the enthusiasm, humor, and act wisdom of Russ Harris. The way the course is set up made it easy to engage with the course material; the different tools (modeling, education, doing exercises, testing knowledge, in-depth extras) provide different ways of learning. Doing FACT myself made it easy (ok, easier) to try out what I'd learned in the real world with real clients. Scary, but fulfilling. Doing FACT in the real world completed the learning experience beautifully. I really felt supported throughout the whole learning experience by Russ Harris, and also by Robyn Walser & Kirk Strosahl.
