Dr Matthew Tull is a professor of psychology at the University of Toledo, where he is also co-director of the Personality and Emotion Research and Treatment Laboratory. Dr Tull is an expert in anxiety disorders and trauma, with cutting-edge research on emotion regulation in PTSD and the relation between PTSD, substance misuse and other risky behaviors such as suicide or self-harm. He has published over 250 peer-reviewed papers and several evidence-based books, including The Cognitive Behavioral Coping Skills Workbook for PTSD.
