Ken Goodman is an expert in anxiety disorders and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). He is a licensed clinical social worker, author and founding director of Quiet Mind Solutions.

Goodman uses a variety of treatments for his work. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), hypnosis and psychodynamic psychotherapy.

He has written and produced several self-help programs and books. These include his latest book, The Emetophobia Manual: Free Yourself from the Fear of Vomit and Reclaim Your Life. He also produced the 12-hour audio program, The Anxiety Solution Series: Your Guide to Overcoming Panic, Worry, Compulsions and Fear and the coloring book, Break Free from Anxiety.

Goodman is on the Board of Directors for the Anxiety and Depression Association of America. In addition, he is regularly invited to share his expertise at universities and organizations across the US.
